We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Logistics Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices, and issuing purchase orders.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and logistics operations to ensure smooth business activities.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
Maintain procurement and logistics records, contracts, and documentation.
Track shipments and resolve any delivery or supply chain issues.
Prepare procurement and logistics reports and support cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and approved procurement procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations preferably in hospitality industry.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Good knowledge of purchasing procedures and logistics operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
