Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist prefer (Females) role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing client accounts, and support the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, market trends, and competitor activities, and may support training activities for clients or internal team members.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, respond to inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proven Sales experience with the ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals in a target-driven environment.
Experience or aptitude in Sales Management at least 2 years and Training to support sales processes, share best practices, and contribute to team performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working with CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and sales reporting techniques.
Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, manage time effectively, and handle multiple accounts and priorities.
Experience in import/export, logistics, or international trade and proficiency in English and Arabic are highly beneficial.
