🚀 We’re Hiring: Junior Purchasing Specialist (Fashion – Retail)
📍 Location: Sheikh Zayed
🕘 Working Hours: 8 Hours / 5 Days
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchasing Specialist to join our retail team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in Purchasing and Supply Chain. Full training will be provided to help you develop the skills needed to manage procurement operations and supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Support purchasing activities and supplier communications
Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers
Help monitor inventory levels and product availability
Analyze sales and stock data to support purchasing decisions
Coordinate with Stores and Sales teams regarding product needs
Conduct market research on products, trends, and pricing
Prepare reports and maintain purchasing records
Follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Graduates of AUC, GUC, BUE, GIU, MSA, MUST, Future University, or other international universities are highly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Eagerness to learn and build a career in Purchasing and Retail
