Hiring: Plant Manager (COO Level)
📍 Location: Ain Sokhna, Egypt
Requirements:
* Mandatory experience in chemical manufacturing.
* Proven experience as a Plant Manager, Operations Director, VP Operations, or similar senior leadership role.
* Strong background in production, maintenance, quality, and HSE management.
* Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale manufacturing operations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
* Preferably based in Suez or Ain Sokhna.
