Inside Sales Specialist At ONE

Job Grade: Coordinator / Specialist Level Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Client Management: Conduct negotiations, establish terms, and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts. Monitor and maintain existing contracts and renewals in alignment with growth and volume strategies. Fill accounts via our e-commerce platform and systems.
  • Execute sales plans & meetings to meet volume targets and maximize net contribution.
  • Liaise with Operations and Customer Service to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues.
  • Make quotations to customers (by phone/email), new and existing, within a designated sales area to negotiate prices, securing the best cargo mix to meet the various volume and net contribution targets set as per the sales plan / budget / ADP.
  • Maintain personal relationships by phone and sporadic visit to customers together with Outside Sales.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience in the shipping field is essential.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and English communication skills.
  • Bonus Skills: Proficiency in Field Force / CRM systems and e-commerce sales platforms.
