Company Description

Responsibilities:

·        Assist in sourcing and purchasing required materials and supplies.

·        Communicate with suppliers to request quotations and follow up on orders.

·        Support in comparing prices and preparing purchasing reports.

·        Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill purchasing needs.

·        Follow up on delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of materials.

·        Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier data.

·        Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment processes.

·        Ensure all purchasing documents are properly maintained and updated.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.

·        6 months to 1 year of experience in Procurement or Purchasing.

·        Good communication and coordination skills.

·        Basic negotiation and supplier handling skills.

·        Good command of Microsoft Excel.

·        Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

·        Detail-oriented and organized.
