We are hiring a #Purchasing Specialist to join our team at Carmen Perfumes in Cairo, supporting our UAE operations.
Location: Maadi Ring Road, Cairo
Industry: UAE Back Office Operations
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage purchasing activities and supplier coordination
– Handle shipping and logistics processes for imported/exported goods
– Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices
– Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms
– Coordinate with warehouses, freight forwarders, and customs agents
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
– Prepare purchasing reports and maintain accurate records
– Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and timelines
Requirements:
– 2–5 years of experience in Purchasing and Shipping
– Experience in UAE market operations is a plus
– Strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Good command of English
– Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
