As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead strategic sourcing of packaging and chemical materials and drive value across our supply chain.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a regional powerhouse and collaborate cross-functionally to support product innovation, supplier excellence, and sustainable procurement practices.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and sustainability
Lead RFQs, supplier negotiations, and contract execution
Monitor supplier KPIs and drive performance improvement initiatives
Build long-term partnerships to support continuous innovation and operational excellence
Supplier Qualification (Packaging & Raw Materials)
Lead onboarding and qualification of new packaging and chemical suppliers
Assess supplier capabilities across technical, quality, and compliance standards
Support audits in collaboration with Quality and Compliance teams
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation (CoAs, specifications, certifications)
Cost Management & Value Creation
Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and market intelligence
Identify and implement cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities
Track procurement performance and savings delivery
Sustainability & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations
Support sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and recycled content
Stay up to date with evolving packaging and chemical regulations

✅ What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial, Chemical, or Packaging Engineering
3–7 years of experience in procurement, preferably within FMCG or Home & Personal Care
Strong exposure to materials such as plastics, aluminum, corrugate, flexible films, oils, and surfactants is highly preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
Solid understanding of packaging technologies and manufacturing processes
Analytical mindset with expertise in cost modeling and data-driven decision-making
Knowledge of sustainability practices and regulatory frameworks
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
