Planning Section Head At EVA Cosmetics

EVA Cosmetics – Egypt is hiring 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 in 6h October – Giza.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
– Conducting production capacity studies for manufacturing lines regarding products included in the sales plan.
– Reviewing and allocating the manufacturing plan to ensure compliance with the sales plan objectives, and monitoring execution progress.
– Preparing the Bill of Materials (BOM) / product trials for items in the sales plan to calculate the raw material requirements needed to fulfill the plan.
– Issuing purchase requisitions (PRs) for raw materials in accordance with the approved protocols.
– Working closely with both foreign and local procurement departments to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.
– Following up with other relevant departments (Quality Control regarding incoming inspections, and Warehouses regarding receiving, addition to inventory, and coding).
– Maintaining optimal inventory levels of essential raw materials to meet continuous production requirements.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
– Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent higher education).
– 10 years of experience in the same field.
– Cosmetics or Pharma industry experience is preferred.
– Very Good English Language.
– Strong analytical skills.
