Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Coordinator will oversee daily sales operations, coordinate with clients, manage orders, and support the sales team in achieving targets. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, facilitating communication between departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. The individual will also contribute to identifying sales opportunities and optimizing operational efficiency. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed goals
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar sales-related tools
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector is a plus
