🔹Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tendering Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, studying tender documents, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the sales and project teams to ensure accurate

and competitive tender submissions.

🔹Job Responsibilities

• Review and analyze tender documents, specifications, and BOQs.
• Prepare technical and commercial offers for electrical projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
• Conduct technical and commercial comparisons between suppliers.
• Conduct cost estimation and pricing calculations.
• Prepare compliance sheets and technical submittals.
• Follow up on submitted tenders and client clarifications.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and engineering departments.
• Ensure all tenders are submitted within deadlines and company standards.
• Support in project handover after award when needed.

🔹Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in tendering or estimation in electrical projects.
• Good knowledge of medium and low-voltage systems and electrical products.
• Strong understanding of technical specifications and BOQs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• English proficiency is preferred.
