- Coordinate e-commerce order processing and inventory fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers and warehouses to maintain product availability.
- Coordinate and track the movement of goods through logistics channels to ensure on-time delivery.
- Execute daily and monthly logistics plans in line with operational targets and customer timelines.
- Review freight rates and transportation costs to optimize logistics expenses and improve cost efficiency.
- Conduct vendor performance evaluations against KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify operational gaps and communicate performance issues with vendors to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal fulfillment teams to resolve operational and shipment-related issues.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and prevent recurring problems.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to streamline communication and improve operational quality.
- Prepare and distribute shipping, receiving, inventory, and daily e-commerce sales reports.
- Troubleshoot logistics and operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation processes.
- Experience in vendor management and performance evaluation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and operational excellence.
