Senior Procurement Engineer

We are hiring a Senior Procurement Engineer to join a leading company in the construction field.

📍 Location: Sheikh Zayed

Job Description:
• Plan, manage, and execute procurement activities for materials, equipment, and services
• Review technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and project requirements
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, and handle supplier negotiations
• Select and manage suppliers and subcontractors to ensure best value (cost, quality, delivery)
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contracts and timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, finance, project management, etc.)
• Manage procurement risks and ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Must have a background in Construction or Real Estate
• Strong knowledge of procurement, tendering, and contracting
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
