Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Procurement Officer. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing the procurement and purchasing processes, issuing purchase orders, and sourcing high-quality goods and services. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts and pricing, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and optimizing cost-efficiency while maintaining standards. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to fulfill procurement needs and analyzing procurement activities to discover cost-saving opportunities. Qualifications

  • Expertise in Procurement and Purchasing processes, with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in issuing and managing Purchase Orders and ensuring accuracy in procurement documentation.
  • Strong skills in Contract Negotiation, with experience in securing favorable terms with vendors.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate suppliers, products, and costs to achieve optimal purchasing decisions.
  • Relevant experience in procurement within the property development or construction industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
