The Logistics and Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the procurement process and logistics activities to ensure the timely availability of automotive spare parts and services. This role plays a crucial part in coordinating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and optimizing the supply chain to support after-sales operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including supplier identification, quotation requests, purchase order creation, and order follow-up
• Coordinate logistics processes related to importation, customs clearance, transportation, and distribution of spare parts
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolution of shipment issues
• Assist in vendor performance evaluation and support negotiation of terms, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and planning teams to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess or obsolete stock
• Prepare and maintain procurement and logistics documentation, reports, and dashboards for management review
• Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in procurement and logistics processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry
• Good knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and logistics operations
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and problem-solve effectively
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
