Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate production lines for plastic pipes and fittings.
- Supervise workers and ensure the production process runs efficiently.
- Monitor product quality and resolve technical issues during operation.
- Improve productivity and reduce material waste.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plastic manufacturing plants, preferably in sewage drainage pipes and plastic piping systems.
- Good knowledge of extrusion processes and production line operation.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
