Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for an Operator. The Operator will be responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations, managing shipments, and ensuring compliance with delivery schedules. Duties include monitoring deliveries, maintaining records, communicating with drivers and clients, and addressing operational challenges. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to enhance efficiency and maintain the high-quality standards of Access Point Logistics.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage logistics and delivery operations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with drivers, clients, and team members.
- Ability to solve operational challenges and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with logistics software is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in maintaining records and tracking shipments.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous.
- Sufficient knowledge of local and international shipping regulations and customs processes is preferable.
- Experience 5 years and above.
