Procurement Positions (Ras Ghareb Wind Projects)
1. Procurement Buyer – Wind Turbine Site Procurement
Reporting Line
Reports directly to the Regional Procurement Manager.
Location
Preferred candidate to be based in Ras Ghareb or nearby areas, with willingness to travel frequently to Ras Ghareb site or accommodate onsite whenever required by project execution needs.
Preferred Profile
Male candidate preferred due to site-based operational requirements.
5–7 years of relevant procurement experience.
Previous experience in wind energy projects or heavy industrial / EPC projects is highly preferred.

Technical Requirements
Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
Experience with wind turbine operational requirements and site support procurement.
Familiarity with:
PPE procurement
Calibration services
Industrial chemicals
Site tools and equipment
Safety and operational consumables
Spare parts and maintenance support items
Good commercial negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-track project environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Good command of English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting.

2. Procurement Buyer – Logistics & Customs Procurement
Reporting Line
Reports directly to the Regional Procurement Manager.
Location
Preferred candidate to be based in Ras Ghareb or nearby areas, with willingness to travel frequently to Ras Ghareb site or accommodate onsite whenever required by project execution needs.
Preferred Profile
Male candidate preferred due to site-based operational requirements.
5–7 years of relevant procurement experience.
Previous experience in logistics procurement, forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation services in Egypt is highly preferred.

Technical Requirements
Strong knowledge of:
Freight forwarding
Inland transportation
Customs clearance procedures in Egypt
Port operations and logistics coordination
Heavy transport and project logistics
Logistics supplier management
Familiarity with logistics market in Egypt, especially Red Sea and wind project areas.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and support urgent site requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Good command of English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting.
Experience in renewable energy or EPC projects is preferred
