– undertakes the process of purchasing the raw materials required for the company from its various locations in accordance with the company’s objectives and taking into account achieving the required objectives and quality within a specific time frame.
– Follow up on purchase orders on a daily basis, classify them, and send the materials to be priced to suppliers.
– Reviews quotations for various materials and ensures that they technically match the requested materials.
– Compare offers received from more than one supplier (3 or more offers) to arrive at the best offer.
– Sending purchase orders to the selected supplier to start supplying the required materials.
– Preparing the required reports and data for the direct manager periodically to save the information for easy reference.
– Ensures that the required percentage of savings is achieved in total purchases.
– periodically coordinates with the financial department to settle the covenant and the purchase orders that have been executed.
– Supervises purchasing representatives and follows up on their work .

– Bachelor’s degree in commerce or other relevant qualifications.
– Previous experience in procurement from 2 to 4 years.
– At least 2 years’ experience in the construction industry and it.
