Senior Foreign Purchasing Specialist!
Join our Supply Chain team as a “Senior Foreign Purchasing Specialist” and play a key role in sourcing high-quality materials at the best cost and fastest lead time. You’ll collaborate across departments, manage supplier relationships, and drive efficient, seamless procurement operations.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with Development, Planning, and Commercial teams to manage item creation, technical data, pricing, and purchase order processing.
• Handle end-to-end procurement cycle: issue purchase orders, obtain and verify pro-forma invoices, and ensure data accuracy on the system.
• Manage supplier onboarding, maintaining vendor records, and negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Import teams to plan shipments (Sea, Air, Courier), track delivery timelines, and ensure smooth clearance processes.
• Oversee shipment documentation and compliance, including CargoX registration and ACID number requirements for sea freight.
• Monitor and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and continuous supply to operations.
• Maintain accurate system updates and provide regular follow-up on order status, payments, and deliveries.
📌 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (English proficiency is required)
• 3–5 years of experience in the procurement field with an industrial background.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office, and computer applications (ERP systems preferred)
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work effectively within a team and handle multiple tasks.
