Cairo 3A Group, one of the fastest-growing FMCG companies in Egypt, is expanding and seeking to hire the following position:

Maintenance Section Head – Hatchery

■ About the Role:
The Maintenance Section Head oversees preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of hatchery equipment and utilities to ensure efficient operations. The role covers maintenance planning, performance monitoring, contractor management, and spare parts coordination, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. It also leads the maintenance team, minimizes downtime, and drives continuous improvement.

📍 Work Location: Wahat
🗓 Work Schedule: Residential (20 days on-site – 10 days off)

■ Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is preferred; maintenance experience is essential.
● 8+ years of experience in maintenance within Electrical Engineering.
● Solid understanding of preventive maintenance and utilities systems.
● Strong leadership skills with an objective-driven approach.
● Ability to work in remote locations (El Wahat Al-Bahariya).
