We are recruiting for our client Food and Beverage company located in 6 of October city .
Position : Purchasing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in sourcing high-quality raw materials, ingredients, and supplies required for food and beverage production.
-Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, pricing, and reliability.
-Issue purchase orders for goods and services, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring consistent product quality and timely delivery.
-Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers, aiming to achieve the best value for the company.
-Monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
-Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the production team to ensure the availability of necessary materials without overstocking.
-Work with the warehouse team to maintain efficient stock management and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
-Ensure all purchased materials meet company standards and specifications.
– Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier communications.
– Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, and inventory levels for the Purchasing Manager.
– Assist in analyzing market trends and supplier pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
– Help the Purchasing Manager in implementing cost-effective purchasing strategies and improving purchasing processes.
Job Requirements :
At least 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
Knowledge of food ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies used in the industry is advantageous.

* Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
