𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
– Beni-Suef, Egypt.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲:
The Head of Procurement will lead and manage all local and international procurement activities, ensuring the uninterrupted supply of materials and services that meet COMPANY’s operational and strategic goals.
This role is vital in driving cost efficiency, supplier performance, compliance, and procurement excellence to support our continued growth and commitment to quality and delivery standards.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
– Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
– Lead local and international sourcing initiatives to secure cost-effective and high-quality supplies.
– Continuously analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and alternative materials.
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics providers.
– Negotiate supplier terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.
– Ensure all contracts comply with legal, financial, and operational requirements.
– Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery and invoicing.
– Ensure timely purchase of raw materials, machinery parts, and operational supplies to avoid production
disruptions.
– Collaborate closely with the production, quality, and logistics teams to forecast demand accurately.
– Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product and service quality.
– Monitor procurement KPIs, including cost reduction, supplier lead times, and order accuracy.
– Evaluate and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical and economic factors affecting international purchases.
– Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to enhance performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
– Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for procurement staff.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
– Minimum of 8–15 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership
role.
– Proven track record managing both local and international purchasing in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
– Strong knowledge of sourcing, contracting, negotiation, and vendor management practices.
– Experience with ERP systems and procurement software.
– Very Good in English and proficiency in other languages are advantages.
