Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Nasr City for a Junior Operations team member. Responsibilities include assisting with operations management, supporting project planning, ensuring workflow efficiency, monitoring operational processes, and collaborating with teams to meet company goals. The role also involves analyzing data, generating reports, and contributing to the overall improvement of operational strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in Sales with the ability to support sales-related activities and align them with operational objectives
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management, including supporting workflows and meeting deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- Familiarity with tools and software relevant to operations and project management is advantageous
