Operative – Store At Chalhoub Group

What You’ll Be Doing The Store Operative supports all on-floor operational activities within the duty-free environment at Cairo International Airport. The role ensures accurate stock handling, compliance with duty-free regulations, strong HSSE standards, and seamless store readiness for high-traffic passenger flows. This position is an operational execution role, focused on stock accuracy, VM support, premises management, and safety compliance, following company SOPs and airport regulations.

• Ensure compliance with receiving SOPs, duty-free regulations, and HSSE standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and sales floor, including VM standards and safety requirements.
• Process inbound/outbound deliveries with accurate barcode, ticketing, and documentation verification.
• Execute pricing updates, markdowns, relabeling, and ensure accurate ticketing across all products.
• Handle RTVs, transfers, damaged items, and prevent unregistered items from reaching the floor.
• Maintain system accuracy through precise scanning, timely entries, reporting, and cycle count support.
• Support stock counts, replenishment, and product packing during peak times to ensure availability.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Strong attention to detail in high-volume, fast-paced airport environments.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and system navigation skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs precisely.
• Strong coordination with store, logistics, and VM teams.
• Commitment to HSSE and regulatory compliance.
• Reliability and consistency during peak passenger traffic periods.
