Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sourcing Specialist, based in 10th of Ramadan. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high-quality standards of procured goods. Daily tasks include conducting market research, managing procurement processes, maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with international trade standards, and supporting export documentation. The role will involve interacting with clients and stakeholders to fulfill tailored sourcing needs and contributing to supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to perform market research and assess supplier capabilities
- Effective communication skills for supplier interactions and client engagement
- Experience in contract negotiation and procurement processes
- Knowledge or experience in recruiting suppliers/vendors
- Familiarity with quality assurance standards and compliance processes
- Understanding of international trade documentation and logistics
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a relevant field
- Experience in sourcing or procurement, particularly in the manufacturing or export industries, is a strong advantage
