Key Responsibilities
Operations: Handle daily operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow
Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Process customer requests and follow up as needed
Maintain accurate data and records
Support team members with administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in operations
Experience in local shipping/logistics is required
Alexandria residents are preferred
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
Adaptable and willing to take on multiple responsibilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Email, etc.)
Comfortable using phone systems and computer applications
