Job Description
- Monitor delivery representatives’ performance on a daily basis and ensure adherence to delivery plans.
- Assign and optimize delivery routes to achieve maximum operational efficiency.
- Track deliveries in real-time and ensure they are completed within the scheduled time.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with different departments (Warehouses – Sales – Customer Service) to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up on delayed or failed deliveries and take necessary corrective actions.
- Prepare daily performance reports (number of orders – delivery success rate – issues faced).
- Train and guide delivery representatives to improve performance and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and overall discipline of delivery representatives.
