We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Specialist to join our textile operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in the textile or manufacturing sector who are eager to build a career in production planning and supply chain management.
- Assist in developing production plans based on customer orders and forecasts
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
- Track production progress and report delays or issues
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports
- Support demand forecasting and capacity planning activities
- Ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resources
