Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in 10th of Ramadan, Egypt, for an Export Specialist. The Export Specialist will be responsible for searching for new clients, handling export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing the import-export process, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes direct communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient coordination of export operations.
Qualifications
- 10th of Ramadan Resident.
- Good command of using MS office, AI, ERP (Odoo preferred).
- 2:3 Years of Experience in Export Sales, Export Documentation and Import Export procedures.
- Strong Communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in handling Export and Customer Service operations.
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, international trade regulations and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant software or systems for export documentation and logistics.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
