Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in 6th of October for the position of Project and Vendor Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for managing localization and translation projects from initiation to delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing timelines, sourcing and onboarding new language service providers, and maintaining vendor relationships. The role also entails organizing workflow schedules and ensuring timely delivery of quality-driven projects, while constantly seeking to improve operational efficiency and vendor performance. Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of translation, localization processes, and familiarity with industry-specific tools and technology
  • Proficiency in vendor management, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and evaluating vendor performance
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage workflow schedules efficiently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Linguistics, or a related field preferred
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
  • Experience in the localization industry is a plus
