Operations Officer (Shipping/Logistics) – Cairo
we are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our dynamic logistics team in Cairo!

Key Responsibilities:
Track and monitor shipments daily to ensure timely, door-to-door delivery.
Coordinate with and dispatch couriers to designated areas across Cairo & Giza.
Resolve real-time operational issues (delays, client availability, etc.).
Update the internal system accurately.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding their shipments.
Requirements:
Experience: Fresh Graduates or 1+ year of experience in Shipping/Logistics.
Location: Based in Cairo or Giza.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Traits: Proactive, organized, honest, and excellent problem-solving skills.
