Job Title: Operations & Development Manager – Petroleum Services

Job Summary:
Axiom Egypt for Petroleum Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations & Development Manager to lead and expand our petroleum services sector, with a focus on drill pipes and related operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations within the petroleum services sector.
Develop and implement growth strategies, especially in drill pipes services.
Manage company functions including sales and procurement.
Build and maintain strong relationships within the oil & gas industry.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in the oil & gas / petroleum services sector.
Strong network and relationships within the industry.
Proven experience in operations management, including sales and purchasing.
Leadership skills with a proactive and dynamic personality.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
