Job Description:
BGS Ship Management and Operations LLC is seeking a qualified and motivated Operations Officer – Offshore Vessel Chartering to join our team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting chartering operations, coordinating with clients and vessel owners, and ensuring smooth execution of offshore vessel activities.
• Handle daily chartering operations for offshore vessels
• Coordinate with shipowners, clients, and brokers
• Prepare reports, contracts, and operational documentation
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards
Requirements:
• Based in Cairo (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related field
• Previous experience in offshore vessel chartering or shipping operations is an advantage
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
