AlTahhan Golden Dates is pleased is looking to hire a professional “Supply Chain Manager” to lead operations at our fast-growing FMCG manufacturing facility specializing in date products.
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to optimize end-to-end operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and timely delivery across sourcing, production, and distribution.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage the end-to-end supply chain strategy for agricultural and manufacturing operations.

– Oversee procurement of raw materials, packaging, and farming inputs.
– Coordinate with farming, production, quality, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
– Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
– Optimize logistics, transportation, and warehousing operations.
– Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts to achieve cost efficiency.
– Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
– Analyze supply chain data, KPIs, and forecasts to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
– Lead and develop the supply chain team.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
– Minimum 7–10 years of experience in supply chain management, 4 of them in supply chain management, preferably in agribusiness
Food manufacturing or FMCG is a must.
– Strong knowledge of agricultural supply chains and perishable goods management.
– Proven experience in inventory control, logistics, and production planning.
– Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
– English fluency.
