Tender Engineer Section Head
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the tendering team
Prepare and review technical and financial proposals
Analyze project requirements and prepare BOQs & pricing
Coordinate with design, site, and procurement teams
Ensure timely submission of tenders
📌 Requirements:
Minimum 10_12 years of experience in tendering
Previous leadership experience is a must
Strong analytical and pricing skills
Good knowledge of drawings and BOQ
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
