Purchasing Specialist At Leanon

We Are Hiring : Purchasing Specialist

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
-Execute purchasing activities in line with company policies and procedures.
-Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure best price, quality, and delivery terms.
-Issue and follow up on purchase orders.
-Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and handle day-to-day communications.
-Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouses and other departments.
-Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid operational delays.
-Assist in negotiating prices and payment terms.
-Coordinate with finance regarding invoices, payments, and supplier accounts.
-Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
-Support in preparing purchasing reports and cost analysis.

🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
-2–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
-Good negotiation and supplier handling skills.
-Basic understanding of procurement processes and inventory management.
-Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
-Good command of English.
