🔍 Position: Export Logistics Senior Specialist
Location: 10th of Ramadan
Experience Required: 4 to 7 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities.
Coordinate and manage export shipments from booking through to final delivery, ensuring smooth and timely execution
Liaise effectively with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to secure bookings and resolve operational matters
Prepare, review, and validate all export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Form 13, and other required documents
Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and internal company policies
Monitor vessel schedules, cargo readiness, and port cut-off dates to avoid delays or penalties
Qualifications & Requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
4–7 years of proven experience in export logistics within manufacturing
Hands-on experience with customs clearance and export compliance
Familiarity with ERP systems
Strong negotiation and communication skills
