Key Responsibilities:
• Lead execution oversight across multiple active construction sites
• Review and approve project schedules, methodologies, and resource plans
•Provide hands-on involvement in critical construction phases, complex technical decisions, and high-risk site situations.
• Oversee contractor and consultant performance
• Monitor budgets, variations, and financial exposure
• Manage escalations, claims, and dispute resolution
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Commercial, and FM teams
• Report portfolio performance directly to executive management
Requirements:
• 12–15+ years of experience in large-scale construction or real estate development
• Strong background in infrastructure and multi-disciplinary project execution
• Proven experience managing contractors and consultants
• Solid exposure to cost control and contract administration
• Leadership experience over project managers and engineering teams
• Live in or near by 6th of October City
