Business Development Specialist

We’re Hiring: Business Development Specialist

Location: Maadi, Cairo (On-site)
Working hours : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ( 2 days off )

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our growing team and help expand our impact in the waste management and environmental sustainability sector.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities
• Conduct market research to support strategic growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Support sales initiatives and business expansion efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals

🔹 Requirements:
• Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in waste management or environmental sector is a plus
• Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
