The Role
Drive operational excellence by synchronizing vendor relations, staff management, and hashtag#procurement workflows. You will implement hashtag#QA protocols, boost process efficiency, and ensure all activities remain on time and under budget.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership: Lead and develop a large team in a high-pressure environment.

Finance & Data: Oversee AP/AR, manage budgets, and update productivity metrics to reduce cost-per-unit.

Compliance: Partner with Legal/Safety teams and oversee inventory and materials.

Strategy: Implement quality assurance and refine internal systems with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years in hashtag#Operations Management (hashtag#FMCG industry preferred).

Skills: Expertise in budget development, business negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Tech: Proficient in business software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or CenterPoint is a plus).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
