Distribution Officer

We are hiring a Distribution Officer

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee the distribution of goods from warehouses to branches and showrooms in a timely and efficient manner
– Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure the accurate processing and delivery of Stock Transfer Orders (STOs).
– Monitor inventory levels, including low stock, excess stock, and non-moving items, and take appropriate action to maintain optimal stock availability
– Plan, prioritize, and schedule deliveries in line with operational requirements and deadlines.
– Ensure proper stock replenishment based on demand, sales trends, and storage capacity.
– Track and monitor stock movements, including in-transit shipments and inter-branch transfers.
– Coordinate regularly with branch and showroom managers to address urgent requirements and ensure product availability.
– Facilitate order processing for export, online, and Amazon orders, ensuring proper stock allocation and timely submission of STOs.
– Support company activities such as HORECA events and exhibitions by coordinating stock allocation with the relevant departments.
– Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager or the Head of Supply Chain.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum 2–4 years of experience in distribution, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
– Experience in stock control and order fulfillment is preferred.
