Export Senior Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Senior Coordinator to join our team in 10th of Ramadan City. This role manages end-to-end export operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence across planning, execution, and international client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Analysis
Manage export orders and confirm realistic lead times
Ensure accurate order fulfillment & optimal container utilization
Track KPIs and maintain service level & delivery targets

Client Management
Lead weekly meetings with international clients
Maintain daily communication and provide proactive updates
Handle complaints, perform root cause analysis, and drive CAPA actions

Execution & SAP
Oversee booking and end-to-end shipment process
Ensure compliance with export regulations
SAP Expertise Required
OD Creation | Order Processing | Goods Issue (GI) | Invoicing & Closing

Requirements
4+ years in supply chain, logistics, or account management
Strong Excel skills (reporting, analysis, pivots)
Hands-on SAP export experience
Fluent English (written & spoken)
