🔑 The Role We
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist
who understands the art and science of the F&B supply chain. This role goes
beyond managing orders—you will be a strategic partner in our growth, ensuring
our brands maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency as we
expand across the region.

📌 Key Responsibilities
· 🛒Strategic Sourcing: Identify and premium suppliers for raw ingredients, specialized Italian products (Villa
di Napoli), and global components (Neo Cuisine).
· 🤝Vendor Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships with local and international distributors.
· 💰Cost Control: Conduct market analysis and price negotiations to drive profitability while maintaining our
commitment to authentic flavors.
· 📦Inventory Optimization: Balance stock levels to minimize waste and ensure 100% menu availability across all
branches.
· ✅ Quality Assurance: Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure every ingredient meets By Three’s rigorous standards.

🎯What You Bring
· 3–5 years of procurement experience in Hospitality, Restaurant, or F&B sectors.
· Strong knowledge of food safety, seasonal fluctuations, and logistics for high-footfall dining locations.
· Advanced skills in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar).
· Bilingual (Arabic/English) with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
· Adaptability and problem-solving mindset suited to a fast-growing environment.
