Superior for Petroleum Services is looking for a driven and technically oriented Sales Engineer to join our growing Sales team.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our commercial activities — identifying opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and delivering tailored technical solutions across our full scope of supply in the Egyptian Oil & Gas market.

Key Responsibilities:

▸ Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
▸ Present and propose Superior’s products & services to clients and technical engineers
▸ Build and manage a strong pipeline from lead generation to order award
▸ Develop negotiation strategies aligned with client goals
▸ Prepare and maintain professional product presentations and proposals
▸ Submit weekly sales activity reports and monthly performance reviews
▸ Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and technical developments

Requirements:

▸ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
▸ 1+ year of sales experience (Oil & Gas or industrial sector preferred)
▸ Strong communication skills in Arabic & English
▸ Analytical mindset with solid decision-making abilities
▸ Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
