Heron Trade Hiring: Deputy Operation Manager – Supply Chain & Imports.

Join Heron Trade, the exclusive agent of DEKA in Egypt, as we seek a Deputy Operation Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee import operations and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Support the Operations Manager in daily operations and performance monitoring.
• Manage purchasing, stock orders, and supplier coordination.
• Follow up on shipments, delivery schedules, and shipping documentation.
• Handle spare parts orders and export processes (repair & return / final export).

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in the medical field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
