Requirements: • Proven experience in home furniture production • Strong background in carpentry • Experience in painting / finishing • Experience in upholstery processes • Ability to manage workers and production workflow • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Job Responsibilities: • Supervise daily production operations • Follow up on carpentry, upholstery, and painting stages • Ensure product quality and finishing standards • Monitor production targets and deadlines • Coordinate between departments
