Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Heliopolis for a Transport Operations Coordinator (Dispatcher).
This is a real-time, fast-paced operations role — not a desk-based or administrative job.
You will be responsible for controlling daily transportation operations, assigning trips to drivers, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth execution, especially during peak hours.Key Responsibilities
- Assign trips to drivers efficiently based on availability and location
- Monitor drivers using GPS and ensure timely execution
- Handle last-minute changes, delays, and operational issues
- Coordinate between airport team, drivers, and operations
- Ensure drivers are committed and responsive (confirmations & follow-ups)
- Maintain service quality and minimize customer waiting time
- Work under pressure during peak hours and high-demand periods
- Follow and enforce operational rules and systems
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in dispatch, transportation, or operations
- Strong computer skills (Excel, systems, tracking tools) – MUST
- Good English communication (spoken & written)
- Ability to work under pressure and make fast decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in transportation / limousine / logistics is a strong advantage
