We’re Hiring: Pricing Agent (End-to-End Freight Operations)

📍 Location: Cairo , Sheraton Heliopolis

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do:

 Handle RFQs from the sales team for air & sea import shipments

 Communicate with global network agents to obtain competitive freight quotations

 Analyze multiple quotations and prepare comparison sheets

 Select and submit the most competitive pricing solutions within deadlines

Extended Responsibilities:

 Follow up with origin agents and monitor shipments until arrival at destination customs

 Coordinate pre-alert documents and support customs clearance process

 Track shipment status and update internal teams/customers on progress

 Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO) after shipment arrival and payment confirmation

 Ensure smooth handover for final delivery and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

 Experience in freight forwarding (pricing/operations preferred)

 Strong knowledge of air & sea freight and Incoterms

 Excellent communication and coordination skills

 Strong analytical skills (Excel is a must)

 Ability to follow shipments end-to-end under tight deadlines

 Good command of English
