Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Team Leader, located in Sheraton El Matar. The Export Team Leader will oversee and manage the export operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, liaising with shipping and logistics partners, ensuring compliance with all export regulations, and resolving any operational challenges. The role also involves developing process improvements and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in export operations, shipping procedures, and customs regulations.
- Leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise and guide team members effectively.
- Proficiency in logistics and supply chain processes, including route planning and cost optimization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability for handling complex operational challenges efficiently.
- Proficiency in applicable software and tools for logistics and documentation.
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Fluency in English, and additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
